The first session is a chance for us to meet and begin getting to know each other. You can talk about what has led you to seek counselling, and we can discuss what you hope to gain from it. It’s a supportive, judgement-free space to see whether you feel comfortable working together.
-

Counselling is a process, and progress can look different for everyone. Sometimes changes are noticeable, such as feeling more confident, managing emotions differently, or understanding patterns in your life more clearly. Other times, progress can feel slower or more subtle.
We’ll regularly check in about how you’re feeling and what you’re finding helpful, so we can make sure the work is supporting your needs and goals.
