You might be here because...

  • Anxiety or stress has started to feel like a constant companion

  • You're not sure who you are anymore, or where you belong

  • Self-doubt keeps getting in the way of things you want to do

  • You feel stuck, and can't quite picture the way forward

  • Relationships feel difficult, or you feel disconnected from the people around you

  • You've experienced domestic abuse and want space to process it safely

  • You're carrying grief, loss, or the ending of a relationship

  • Low mood has been weighing on you for a while

If any of this resonates, counselling can offer a calm, confidential space to explore what's going on and what you need.

What to Expect

Getting Started

  • Book your free 20-minute call
A relaxed, no-pressure conversation to ask questions, share what's on your mind, and get a feel for whether we're a good fit.

  • Agree on your next steps
Together, we'll decide how often to meet and what you'd like to focus on.

  • Begin your sessions
Sessions run for 50 minutes, usually weekly — always paced to suit you.

How I Work

  • A space where you don't have to explain or justify how you feel.

  • Together we look at the patterns that show up in your life — in how you think, feel, or relate to others — to understand them more clearly.

  • An integrative approach, tailored to what you need — drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive methods.
